UNIOSUN transcript and reference requests move online

UNIOSUN online transcript requests at a Glance

UNIOSUN alumni and other stakeholders can now request transcripts and other Registry services online.

  • Services include academic transcripts, English proficiency letters and references.

Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has moved Registry services online, allowing alumni and other stakeholders to request academic transcripts, English proficiency letters, reference letters and other services without travelling to the university.

Requests can be initiated through the UNIOSUN online Registry portal. Applicants should follow the instructions provided for the service they need.

Services available through the portal

The university’s announcement identifies the following services:

  • Academic transcripts.
  • English proficiency letters.
  • Reference letters.
  • Other Registry services.

Remote access for alumni

The university’s Public Relations Officer, Ademola Adesoji, said the change was intended to simplify administrative processes, reduce delays and make services more accessible regardless of location.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye, said alumni would no longer need to travel to the university or rely on personal contacts to initiate requests for transcripts and other official documents.

He said the platform would support alumni living outside Osun State and Nigeria and urged alumni and other stakeholders to use it and follow the instructions for each service.

The university said it would continue to expand its digital services to improve access and strengthen its relationship with its alumni community.
