Lagos State University (LASU) has released the first batch of matriculation numbers for more than 7,500 full-time undergraduate students admitted for the 2026/2027 academic session. The release covers students who have completed their LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA) operations to 100 per cent.
Affected students can check their matriculation numbers and obtain the Admissions Clearance Certificate needed for their university records.
How to check LASU matriculation number
- Visit the official LASU website.
- Open the STUDENT tab.
- Select CHECK MATRIC NUMBER.
- Enter the JAMB registration number on the displayed page.
- Click SUBMIT to view the matriculation number.
Print and submit four clearance certificates
Students on the released list must print four copies of their Admissions Clearance Certificate from the LACACA operations portal.
- Submit one copy to the Admissions Office.
- Submit one copy to the Faculty Office.
- Submit one copy to the Departmental Office.
- Keep the fourth copy for personal records.
Tuition and other charges
LASU will issue information about tuition fees and other related charges for the 2026/2027 academic session separately. Students should check the university’s official website for that announcement while completing the matriculation-number and clearance procedures.
