FUET physical clearance: dates, fee and documents

The Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET) will begin physical clearance for newly admitted 2026/2027 students on 12 October 2026. The exercise will take place at the Kenule Saro-Wiwa Auditorium, Saakpenwa Campus, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on each faculty’s assigned day.

Faculty clearance schedule

Students are expected to follow their assigned faculty clearance day strictly:

• Mondays: Faculty of Allied Health, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesdays: Faculty of Engineering Technology, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Wednesdays: Faculty of Management Technology, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Thursdays: Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Fridays: Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Required documents

Students must bring original copies and photocopies of all the following documents:

• Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) admission letter. The JAMB admission letter guide provides related information.
• FUET admission letter.
• JAMB result or original result slip.
• O’Level certificate or statement of result.
• Birth certificate or declaration of age.
• Local government identification letter.

Clearance fee and payment

The clearance fee is ₦16,500 (sixteen thousand, five hundred naira). Payment can be made by bank transfer or deposit or at the clearance venue during the exercise.
