Programme structure
The one-year programme combines classroom training, practical experience and mentorship from NOVA’s senior executives. It includes project work and exposure to the bank’s customer services and digital banking activities.
Eligibility requirements
Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
Hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Have graduated with at least Second Class Upper (2:1).
Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Be no more than 27 years old.
Application procedure
