Babcock’s new students resume on 18–20 October 2026, while returning students resume on 21–23 October.

  • The new student schedule covers 100-level and Direct Entry students.
  • New student arrivals and registration checks run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • The returning schedule covers 200–600 levels and physical resumption for 2027 SIWES.
  • Returning students must present payment evidence before room allocation.
  • All students must bring completed course forms.

Babcock University has announced revised resumption dates for the 2026/2027 academic session. New students will resume from Sunday, 18 October to Tuesday, 20 October 2026. Returning students will resume from Wednesday, 21 October to Friday, 23 October 2026.

The new student schedule covers 100-level and Direct Entry students arriving on campus for registration verification. Arrival and verification run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on each of the three days.

The returning student schedule covers students in 200 to 600 levels resuming to complete registration. It also covers physical resumption for students taking the 2027 Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

Registration and hall requirements

  • Students are advised to complete online registration before their respective resumption dates.
  • On arrival, students are to proceed directly to their selected halls of residence.
  • Returning students must present their student receipt or evidence of payment for the semester at their halls before room allocation.
  • All students must resume with completed course forms for the new academic session.

The online registration portal remains open. The University encourages students and parents to complete the required processes ahead of resumption.
